FAQ

Can you fly a drone high without a licence?

The FAA has no limits on the maximum height a drone can fly. However, they do require you to register your unmanned aircraft system (UAS), which includes the registration number, model name, weight, size, serial number, manufacturer's name, date manufactured, and other information.

How do you travel with a drone?

Drones are becoming increasingly popular for both personal use and commercial purposes. They can be used for photography, filming and aerial mapping. Recent regulations regarding drones have been approved by FAA. They include new requirements for registration and licensing, pilot training, insurance, and other requirements. These changes will help ensure that drones stay safe for all.

How can I keep drones off my property?

Drones have become increasingly popular for home surveillance. But they also pose a security threat to privacy. You can prevent drone attacks by installing motion sensors around your home and using them to detect any unauthorised flying objects.

Where can I buy a drone?

How To

Repairing a damaged motor on a drone

You must first identify the damaged part of your motor before you can fix it. It is easy to do this by removing the propeller shaft from the motor shaft. Next, remove all wires from the motor shaft and inspect the internal workings. If you find something wrong, it is time to identify the problem.

If there are no damages to the motor you don't have too much to worry about. However, if your motor looks anything like these images, then you will need some parts replaced before you can fly.

Let's say that a motor is bent so that it can no longer turn. To get the motor to turn again, you'll need to bend it. To hold the motor, use a vice grip or pair of pliers. After you're done, check your motor for signs of wear.

Once you're satisfied that everything's ok, put the propeller back onto the motor shaft and reattach the wires. Your drone is now ready for flight!
